Fiesta

We just returned from a week in Northern Michigan with my in-laws, a long-standing family tradition. We celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and babies {3 new to the family this year!}. One of my favorite meals was a fiesta-inspired celebration.
Recipes
Sangria:
- bottle of red wine
- 2 cups ginger ale
- teaspoon of sugar
- shot of brandy
- cut up orange and lemon

Corn and black bean salsa:
Mix the following ingredients to your liking.
-black bean {can of, drained and rinsed}
- corn
- red peper, diced
- red onion
- cilantro
- lime
- jalapeno
- cumin
- chili power
- S&P
