My Mom and I headed to Metrolina last Sunday for their Spring Antique and Collectibles show and had a great time!
The big find of the day was this architectural print dated from the 1780's {in Italian- bonus points!} that I'm hoping to frame like the ones I saw at South of Main.
I'm kicking myself for walking away from a set of Wedgewood Liberty Blue China. Using what I thought was good judgement, I left without the dishes to come home and do some research. Turns out that I want them even more now!The dishes in this collection were created to commemorate the bicentennial of America and depict scenes from Colonial America. Since our home was originally built to be a replica of a New England Colonial home, I think these would be a perfect sentiment.

Lesson learned- there is no waffling in antiquing!! Have you ever walked away from a steal only to regret it later?!
