I may not have an ounce of Irish in my ancestry, but I enjoy soda bread like I was born in Dublin. So in preperation for St Patricks Day this year I'm making the traditional bread. My Aunt Mary always made the best soda bread {I looked forward to it every year}! She was so nice to pass down the recipe to me so I'm sharing it with you today.
