Two weeks in a row, pillow-like cherry studded scones have been our Sunday breakfast. Adorned or unadorned with lemony glaze, they are delicious. I adapted the recipe from a blueberry scone recipe and guess that you would have scrumptious results experimenting with other fillers.
{recipe here, just replace dried cherries or whatever you like for blueberries}
PS- This is week two that I've shared non meatless Monday posts and although I'm still going meatless at least once a week, I thought it would be fun to share other recipes here on the blog. You guys are OK with that, right?!
