I've been completely enamored with pomegranates since trying our holiday salad recipe. Serendipitously, they happen to be the perfect ingredient to kick start post-holiday eating.
I've been mixing them in plain greek yogurt with agave nectar in the morning.
And adding them to sparkling water.
Next up, I want to try this twist on a baked potato.
Thanks to Emily, I found the inspiring recipes at Whole Living that guide you through a 4 week plan. Although I can't quite commit to the detox (I am fully addicted to coffee) I'm inspired by their collection of tips and tricks.
