Some days I miss the sun and surf of New Zealand; a quick click over to NZ House and Garden to peruse the homes of those lucky enough to live there, brings a big smile to my face-- especially this house.
Besides a chalkboard wall, ghost chairs and pretty chandeliers (check, check and check) this house is overlooking black sands and dolphins in the distance. Does it get better than that?!
