It will be our first trip to the Pacific Islands and we are looking forward to gaining an authentic Samoan experience by staying in a beach fale. Tanu beach accommodations were developed by the Tanu family to share their culture with westerners. On their website they say, “we didn’t realize how important it was for people from the western world to go back to nature and experience people with an open heart, as we live that way every day.”
